Princeton Management Associates was founded in 2009 following the sale of the Logispring portfolio of companies, which had been managed by Ad Eundem partners.  Since then we have served more than two dozen clients, from pre-revenue ventures to Fortune-50 companies.  What each had in common was a belief that there is tremendous value to be realized from innovation, provided it can be aligned with a practical, actionable path to a defined target market.

Princeton Management Associates believes strongly that no two client situations are alike.  We see great value in approaching each situation from first principles, drawing from a deep pool of experience across a broad range of industries, but always starting with the specific issues and opportunities at hand.  A few past and current client examples may nonetheless help to illustrate the types of issues we have addressed together with our clients:  

• A digital marketing services provider to the health industry had encountered slowing growth and declining margins.  A growth strategy identified under-leveraged consumer data assets that could be used to both reduce media costs and improve value attribution to their customers.  A re-invigorated market proposition and renewed growth helped to support a successful sale of the company
• A Fortune-100 consumer goods company sought an external evaluation of a breakthrough new food ingredient, discovered as part of its ongoing research and recipe development.  A technology market assessment revealed that potential customer segments weighted ingredient properties very differently, enabling a clear focus on a single target market vertical
• A Fortune-100 technology services provider sought to identify specific customer applications that could realize value from its highly-differentiated large-scale analytics platform.  A framework-driven go-to-market program identified a portfolio of opportunities, which were subsequently developed into a pipeline of pilot customers and proposals
• A leading global provider of "smart" item tags identified a potential opportunity to deliver incremental revenue to its existing customers.  Following a framework-driven value-creation workshop, PMA worked together with the client to identify complementary software and service suppliers that could be combined to yield the most compelling combination of speed, certainty and size of opportunity

About the Founder

Brad Corrodi founded Princeton Management Associates in 2009, with the aim of continuing the exciting and rewarding experience of helping the CEOs of Logispring portfolio companies to grow their businesses.  After more than 12 years as a strategy and technology consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, working for large clients in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia, Brad had the good fortune to re-learn business strategy from an investor's perspective, benefiting from the deep complementary expertise of the Logispring partner team.  PMA strives to realize the powerful combination of those two disciplines - top-down issue driven consulting and practical, return-driven business building. 

Brad received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1993, and his BA in Electrical Engineering from Yale University in 1987.
